The Centre for Knee and Hip Endoprosthetics is headed by Dr. Christian Kothny, offering the entire range of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures. If decision is made in favour of surgical therapy, always the optimally suited and most gentle method is chosen.
The most advanced implants only, meeting the physiological, anatomic and biomechanical requirements, are used at the ATOS Centre for Knee and Hip Endoprosthetics. Since each patient has individual requirements regarding a possible endoprosthesis, which also depend on his/her degree of activity, all implants are matched to the individual patient.
With his implanting of more than 8,000 endoprostheses, Dr. Kothny is one of the most experienced experts in the field of endoprosthetics.
