Kratzer, Klaus

Specialist for anaesthesiology

The joint Practice for Anaesthesiology of Dr. Kratzer, Dr. Sander, and Dr. Scherbaum performs all procedures of state-of-the-art anaesthesiology in the course of peri-operative patient care.

In order to achieve an optimum surgery outcome while giving the patient the maximum comfort possible, the regime suited best for the individual case is chosen. In orthopaedics and neurosurgery, regional and general anaesthesia may often be combined.

This allows an especially gentle procedure for the patients. Patient safety is guaranteed by using advanced medication and comprehensive monitoring.

Due to their long-standing professional experience and continuing further education, the physicians and nursing staff of the Practice for Anaesthesiology have an excellent qualification, accompanying the patient with high social skills during surgery. After the intervention, the often necessary pain therapy is carried out together with the surgeons.
